1. Change of Mind Returns:
- Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery if you reconsider your purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee is applicable may be charged for items over 100cm
- Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
- We deeply regret any inconvenience stemming from faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- We will facilitate a complimentary return, a replacement, or a full refund, inclusive of any shipping and handling fees incurred.
3. Lost Packages:
- Should your package be lost in transit, we provide a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping and handling fees.
- Packages not delivered within 90 days from shipping will be deemed as lost and qualify for an automatic refund.
4. Return Process:
- Initiate your return by contacting our customer support within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
- Include the return authorization number provided by our team.
- Opt for a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held accountable for lost returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the returned item's receipt.
5. Conditions:
- Items should be unused and in their original state.
- We reserve the right to decline returns without prior authorization or those that don't meet our return criteria.
- Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period:
- For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. Ensure the item remains in its original, unused state, complete with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is essential.
7. Refunds:
- Once your return is inspected, we will communicate the status of your refund.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, there might be some delays depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
- If over 15 business days have elapsed post the approval of your refund and you haven't received it, kindly get in touch.
