Shipping Methods:
- China Warehouse: Products dispatched from our China warehouse typically utilize ePacket or EMS, contingent on the product's size and weight.
- US Warehouse: For items emanating from our US location, we trust USPS as our primary courier. A point to note: packages exceeding 100cm in dimension will be transported by sea, which might extend the delivery timeline to approximately 45 days.
Customized Products: Customized offerings might necessitate an additional processing period of up to 10 days prior to shipping.
Worldwide Shipping: We are elated to extend free shipping to over 200 countries. In the unlikely event we're unable to service your location, you'll be promptly notified.
Estimated Shipping Durations:
- United States: 7-20 Business days
- Canada, Europe: 10-20 Business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 Business days
- Central & South America: 15-30 Business days
- Asia: 10-20 Business days
- Africa: 15-45 Business days
Tracking: Post-dispatch, you will be endowed with a tracking number via email. Should you not receive this within 15 days post-order, please get in touch. Do allow 2-5 business days for certain shipping entities to refresh their tracking systems.
Packaging: To optimize logistics, items within the same order might be dispatched in individual packages.
Lost Packages: In the rare instance your package remains undelivered post 90 days from shipping, it will be deemed as lost. Please reach out for subsequent steps.
Lamps over 1 m will be shipped by sea, please allow 25-90 days for delivery. If you want a faster shipping, please contact us for a quotation and we will arrange a faster transportation for your lamp
Refunds & Returns:
- Order Cancellation: You retain the liberty to cancel your order until its shipment. Post-payment, any order modifications or cancellations should be communicated within 12 hours. Post the initiation of the shipping process, cancellations become untenable.
- Refunds: We're here to assist if, for any reason, you're disheartened with your order. Refunds or reshipments can be requested if:
- Your order exceeds the guaranteed time frame (taking into account the 2-15 day processing for standard products and up to 20 days for personalized items).
- You're delivered an incorrect item.
We will not be able to facilitate refunds if:
- The order's non-arrival is attributed to factors within your purview (such as incorrect shipping details).
- The order's delay arises from circumstances beyond our control (customs hold-ups, natural calamities, etc.).
- Other anomalous circumstances that are not within the realm of our website's control.
For any refund requisitions, please ensure they are lodged within 30 days post the expiration of the guaranteed delivery window. Post approval, your refund will be processed, and the amount will reflect in your original payment method within a span of 14 days.
